Terms of Service

LinkSchedule is the service described here, provided by LinkSchedule. Throughout this document “we” and “us” mean the provider, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at seth.queen104@gmail.com if you believe someone else has gained access.

You must be at least 16 years old, and you must not use the service for anything unlawful or in a way that breaches LinkedIn’s own terms.

The Free plan is available at no cost. The Pro plan costs $20 per month for the whole workspace, billed in advance through Stripe. There is no per-seat charge. We never see or store your full card details.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; your workspace then returns to the Free plan and keeps its drafts and data. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we will deal with it fairly.

If a payment fails we may retry it. If it keeps failing, the workspace returns to the Free plan.

We may change our prices. If a change affects an active subscription, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Your drafts, posts, and analytics remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them. We process them only to provide the service — including sending the text of a draft to our AI provider when you use an AI feature, and to LinkedIn when you publish a post.

You are responsible for what you publish. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.

Connecting a LinkedIn account is optional. When you do, you authorise us to publish posts on your behalf, and we store the resulting access tokens encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which stops any further publishing.

LinkedIn is an independent service with its own terms. We cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will accept a post, and outages or API changes on their side may delay or prevent publishing.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

You can delete your account at any time from Account & Billing, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we are legally required to close.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
